BRAND REFRESH & MOCK INSTAGRAM FEED
I came into Square Peg Marketing & Branding as a Marketing Intern during the summer of 2022, and one of my first tasks was to refresh the brand itself. With so many other major clients, my boss didn't have the time she used to have to put into her own professional baby — her company — and she trusted me to give it a complete 180. The previous colors were a turquoise and green with very basic design and outdated elements. When deciding what to do for the brand, I started with the basics: making a one color logo, choosing a secondary color scheme to pair with a black and white base. I chose one very neutral sans serif and pared it with a bold serif for accents. And finally, I created a series of posts to showcase the new style we were going for... if you take a look at the feed now you'll see the vision come to life.

After winning Best Marketing and Ad Agency in The Pitch's Best of KC, I made a video showcasing some of my favorite work across our client base from the past two years to show the scope of SPMB. Projects include but are not limited to web design, social media design, photography, package design, menu design, apparel design, animation and more!

HOMESTEAD KITCHEN & BAKERY BRANDING
HOMESTEAD BAKERY REBRAND
This project was for an old-school bakery in need of a rebrand. The client asked for something completely new with her favorite color — apple green. I chose a script font and illustrated some glyphs to create an interesting typeface. In addition to my initial logo design, I created two more secondary options to incorporate as needed. The final panel shows the pattern I created for her business — a play on the classic checkered kitchen floor.

IRWIN CONSTRUCTION BRANDING
IRWIN CONSTRUCTION
The Irwin Construction rebrand was a branding project that I did from the ground up. The client had very little vision for his luxury custom home building business so I used basic elements to begin. The logo is simple yet looks very elegant and the font choices don't take away from the beautiful imagery that will be placed on his website.
